THG of MD LLC

My house was listed with a realtor but didn't sell. The agent kept trying to get me to spend money on making repairs, which is what I didn't want to do. I found THG of MD online. Mr Tariq came to view the house, made me a fair offer and bought it as-is. He also was able to close in 10 days. They are definitely the best house buying company in the Baltimore area.

I was going through a divorce and needed to sell our house quick. I actually found THG of MD from one of their signs in my neighborhood. They were renovating a house on my street. I spoke with Mr Thomas and we were able to come to a mutually beneficial agreement. We were able to sell our house fast without the hassles of listing it. I can't thank them enough. Highly recommended.

I reached out to Tariq (THG of MD) because he came highly recommended from a coworker. I have to say that he delivered on everything that he said. I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to sell your house without a realtor in Maryland.
