Trilogy Chapel Hill

A wonderful apartment community, especially for dog owners—the area is very convenient for walking dogs. The management team is excellent: Lexi is amazing, and Giana and Austin are also very friendly and responsive.

Update September 2025: If you get stuck living in the second building, good luck ever finding parking. There’s a laughable amount of parking spaces in the garage on the ground level of the building. There is a medium sized open air parking lot in front of the building with no gate. Instead of ever acknowledging the lack of parking spots and how this might be an inconvenience for residents that pay good money every month, management sends an email every 2 weeks or so telling people not to create makeshift parking spots when desperate.

I moved out of Trilogy last December due to a job relocation. I liked living in Trilogy for various reasons like how my unit was well maintained, hallways are constantly being vacuumed and cleaned, gym is spacious and taken cared of, location is by the highway and to grocery stores, and staff are friendly and professional. I was locked out of my apartment multiple times because i left the key inside. Austin and the emergency security were always responsive and helped me get into the building even during late hours when i am on call for work.
