I had a plumber out who couldn't do the job. They recommended this company. They had done business with them before. I called. Gave them my address. They said they couldnt help me, I wasn't in their service area. My address "town" IS on their list and we are only 6.7 miles from downtown.

Well Doctor $224.71 -Hired to treat well water for coliform -Inspected equipment, said we need a new pump -Said we were missing a plug from the cap and water would test positive again within 2 months, but didn't offer/quote us to add one to resolve the issue? -Left a bunch of granules just sitting on top of the cap instead of cleaning the mess -When asked, said THEY DO NOT RECIRCULATE THE WATER -Said we could not use water for 48 hours -It took about 10 days for us to get the smell out for re-testing with the county -Upon retest, we were still positive for coliform (as expected because of the...
