Westerville Locksmith

All I need is a key cut and programmed for my car I have a working key and the new one, they want $150 to show up and tell me if they can do it or not. Again that’s just the labor I already have the key…. Maybe worth it if you’re locked out but not for a non emergency.

Called for help to unlock a Mercedes Sprinter Van. Quoted $80.00 with a 20 minute arrival. Showed up and then quoted $280.00. saying oh, this is not a typical standard job, its more difficult?? We refused and called Triple AAA from a fellow employees membership and he arrived in 14 mins and had the job done in 10 mins. Westerville Locksmith still charged us $30.00 for his arrival. I called the company the very next day expressing my disappointment and she said she could not find the order?? Phone number, time of evening, description of the vehicle. She hung up on me and never called back.

My son and I had been wrestling with a stubborn deadbolt on the back door for weeks. I tried lubricating it, adjusting the strike plate, even watching a few YouTube videos on locksmith services in Westerville, thinking I could handle it myself. It only made things worse, of course. Finally gave in and called Westerville Locksmith. The technician arrived right on time, which is always a plus. He quickly assessed the situation, explained what needed to be done, and had the lock working perfectly again in no time. He even cleaned up all the old metal shavings and dust.
