James Korman, PsyD, Fellow A-CBT (NJ Lic #3302)

Dr Korman is a Clinical Psychologist and a highly-trained Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. He is also a Fellow of Academy of Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is his only method of treating psychological and psychiatric disorders. It is based on evidence and targets the negative thoughts and beliefs that cause and sustain symptoms. He works together with his clients to develop realistic and achievable goals teaching them skills to reach those goals in the shortest amount of time possible. He does this by being kind and respectful and taking into consideration each person's individual strengths and values.
