Erik A. Nelson, J.D.- Mr. Nelson is an experienced Criminal Attorney. Mr. Nelson believes that is a lawyer's duty to be his client's champion in the arena. To defend his client's rights and to achieve his client's goals rather than to try and convince a client to accept a deal they do not want. His career has been spent representing the accused. He has dealt with all types of criminal offenses, from super aggravated 1st-degree felonies to Class B misdemeanors, and has gotten not guilty verdicts on behalf of his clients at all levels.
